At Big Daddy Firm, every item we sell is a unique, pre-owned (thrifted) piece. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges simply due to change of mind, so please review the size, bust measurement, and product photos carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Refund or Exchange
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The item arrives significantly different from its description or photos (undisclosed major damage, defect, or fault not mentioned at the time of purchase)
- The item was damaged during delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selected without checking the measurements provided on the product page
- Minor signs of wear consistent with a pre-owned/thrifted item (as thrifted pieces are not brand new)

- A clear photo or video of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, or as store credit, within 5-7 business days of approval.
